The main benefit of 3D printing for me is showing the individualized anatomy because in congenital heart disease, each anatomy is unique. And when we’re talking about operating and doing complex procedures on patients, seeing and feeling that representation on a one-to-one scale really means that we can plan the best procedure, plan the best and most appropriate surgery, and make sure we minimize our errors in judgment.

What is new?

AAOS 2024 presents an excellent opportunity to view the new features in Mimics Innovation Suite 26, demo Mimics Viewer in augmented reality, and check out our new case management platform.

Mimics Innovation Suite 26

Take a look at what's new, including AI-enabled automatic segmentation for CMF, smarter design tools, and a more intuitive user interface. Book a meeting with us and see how Mimics Innovation Suite 26 can enable and scale your personalization journey from standard to stand-out.

Augmented reality demonstration

Mixed reality tools create a new, immersive, and adaptable way of visualizing 3D data and plans —before and during surgery. Also, it is less resource intensive to deploy and more convenient for surgeons compared with setting up a 3D printing lab in-house. Materialise is leading several initiatives to translate planning expertise into the OR using augmented reality. Visit us at AAOS 2024 for a live demo!

Mimics Flow

Mimics Flow is a collaborative case management platform designed to power seamless case communication in and out of your organization. Streamline your workflow to scale your 3D printing activities and gain visibility over your cases and data. Connect with Mimics Innovation Suite to optimize your operations.
